A handful of us at United Lords still jumping and it appears to be paying off now as we are currently on lvl 5 185/500 needed.

The Toy Soldiers event was annoying. I spent about 160 gems and I know others who spent hundreds of gems and did not get the 10th one. I also saw a jumper who had 10 solders within 12 hours of the quest starting.
