The absolute condos are actually in Mississauga Ontario. Its a residential development. Don't see how its tied to modern war but IMO is the best looking building in the game so far :)

Cost of building with level 10 cement factory is 49,500,000, looks terrible, disappointed was hoping it would cost 100mil, would look better and was 12hr
Going to love upgrading this thing got -32% upgrade cost
Cement factory -10%+ tactical strike jet -15%+ insurgent bomber -2%+ that bridging unit from last event (top 250 prize WD) -5% :)

More information...

1- normal cost (level 1) is 56,250,000
2- the correct information with cement lvl 10 is 50,650,000 and not 49,500,000

1 (everybody know) - In money buildings options you can see: Name of money building, Income, Collect in and Cost.

2- Income is without bonus (building output or ??units bonus??) and Cost is with all bonus (build/upgrade cost by cement factory and units bonus) in Money Buildings Options.

3- So, base information: The Cost is 56,250,000 and Income is 843,000.

4- I said the cost is 49,500,000 because i have -10% in build/upgrade cost plus -2% upgrade cost by Insurgent Buster unit. Base 56,250,000 minus 12% is 49,500,000.

I have a lvl 10 Cement Factory and no other cost reduction units or bonuses, and it shows as 49.5 mil in my store.

My building says it cost ~50.5m and I had 51.5m and it wouldn't let me buy it until I collected some more, and then it left me with only 4k left.

I think it's a nice looking building, and really cool that they took it from an actual Canadian structure.

I think it looks too simple though, but that's just me.
