How is "Strongest Units and Items:" on battle results screen calculated?

How is "Strongest Units and Items:" on battle results screen calculated?

I am lvl 142 and have 500 allies and my units, weapons and armor are all maxed out at 1500 but I have Strongest Units and Items:4191

I look at my opponent and they have Strongest Units and Items:4500

You can have 1500 units, plus 1500 weapons, plus 1500 armour. Stat is the total of all three.

You have weapons and armor that have 0 attack, these aren't included because they aren't helping you to attack the enemy. If you replace these with items with actual attack bonuses you should notice it go to 4500

Thank you for answering this question. I have been playing this game about a year and I still couldn't put all the pieces together as to why I had full army/equipment, yet I never brought 4500 things to battle. Your the man :)
