Recent Updated nerf items drop?

Hi guy, I notice that recent updated nerf some item drop.
Not a drop rate but different kind of item drop from monster.
For example, I alway farm "Abyssal Harpy" at The Blighted Woods for a week, And items that drop from it is
Weapon
-Necrotic Bow 6/5
-Acid-Horned dagger 8/5
-Blade from Beyond 9/4
-Red Fand 6/4

Armor
-Ancient Plate Mail 2/8
-Ctypt Stalker Armor 5/10
-Voidstrider Robe 4/9

But after update, I try to farm again and drop items is change.
This is what i got today.

Weapon
- Deathly Bow 6/3
Armor
- Old Plate Mail 2/6

In my opinion, Last update not just a bug fix but some feature also change.
