I sent in tickets on all 3 accounts last time, didn’t get anything out of it. Probably going to be the same story this time too. Why even play at this point?
How can an event go smooth for three days then blow up on day 4? Also showing zero points should have 30 lmao

With all due respect Lynn, the extension of temporary bonuses was unclear. My understanding was that all temporary bonuses plus bonuses not yet included due to event botch would be extended to future events. Clarity matters otherwise you get pissed off players. I expected the BFEC health reduction mod to be extended. Apparently not but that was not adequately explained. Communication needs to be better but then again it has always been crappy on this forum.
