I agree with the icrecream shop and church, but would add Italian Resteraunt to that list for 3 hour buildings.
Also like the house a lot.

For me its Movie Theatre and loft atm. Got 2 Mt on lvl4, 1 loft on lvl2, the Other loft still on lvl1. Every 12hrs i get only with Mt and Lofts more than 100k.
Italian Restaurants are nice too, but the huge Upgrade Time totally sucks for me...
In the early stages the ICE cream is the far Away and Best Shop u could Build. It has low Upgrade cost and on Level 10 gives more than 7k every 3 hours.
I agree with the ice cream shops and the houses. I prefer high level buildings that pay out often to 2-day buildings. I have 2 collection agencies on lvl 3 and 2 laundromats on lvl 10, and they are probably my biggest money makers right now.
And the warehouse is so ugly, think i'm going to sell it... I really love the movie theatre bcs it looks nice and triples the amount of money for every upgrade, but my favourite building would be the smoke shops in every aspect (looks, money etc.)
Building a loft right now which will probably be one of my favourites when it's done.. If that ever happens...

my favorites used to be ice cream shop and italian restaurant. but now, as i shift towards buildings with longer duration of collection, movie theater and loft are becoming my new favorites.
