I have fought the bone Dragon 100+ times and have not scored any rocfeathers does anyone know what other monster drops them? Trying to complete the doc quest.

Sparkling Steppes, Epic stage and KoD are your best bets.
I haven't done proper farming in ages and gree seems to have scrambled some monsters around, and i haven't actually bothered enough to keep track of which monster is where... but the dark prince castle epic stage has that whilte/purple bird that gives you roc feathers if you kill it with a special attack.
Our developers are looking into this matter now. Thanks for the report!
