Zc welcomes and congratulates SAS

As much as we tried, HTC Blue couldn't bring down the almighty SAS.

Instead we have offered SAS. A truce and offered one of our most valuable members Sharkbait Zc to join SAS.

Over time more and more Zc will join SAS and hopefully we will be able to control them like we did with TAW and HTC Blue.
