My previous faction was a level 250 & would not participate in higher RB's such as level 100s and higher, and we missed out on so many toys to help our stats increase. Only a handful seemed active most of the time.)

His stats: 45 attack/29 defense - level 146 (his defense is lower because he attacks more then he is attacked)
