Guild Issue - Need help ASAP

I have a player that is no longer in my guild. The guild count shows theright number of people, but the player's name is still listed as a member. I can not remove the player as I get a server issue nor can I add anyone as I'm told we're full, yet that player has successfully joined another guild.

Please fix this issue ASAP. Ticket # 1933371.

Try to remove all players and then add them
back,i think that should solve the problem or you can try as a second solution to give a founder temporaly to another officer just to see if that fix the issue
