Yep,I uninstalled then reinstalled from the App Store, so was the latest, and I show no update.
Edit: I restarted the device first.

Don't know how to help you,send a mesagge to suport with title urgent ,hope they reach you fast or post here your code and when Tadaaah see it can help you..
If you can't send your ticket from the game go to your email and take the adress of the suport from your old tickets and write down a email to them

I am also locked out of the game as I can't close the popup. I sent a ticket last week on my other newer device. They closed the ticket when the sale ended and the window went away but I responded that this keeps happening with each sale. So frustrating! I am so far behind on my water mill and can't complete these new trials.

Been locked out for the last 10 hours and 14 to go. This is the third time a potion popup has locked us out for a full day.
