Old LTB buildings and option to purchase them!

Ltb events are events that i liked from time i played Cc and i wanted that and in Ka,posted a thread here year ago about that and i am glad that we have now ltb events and new buildings..

I have a proposition to Gree about old ltb buildings from the past,it whould be ok if we can purchase them,i am shure lots of people missed some of them because of real life situation and now when they have more time for play it whould be ok if they have a option to buy them in store..
What do you think about this? I realy think it whould be ok to have them in the store so we can work on our iph,especially those players that missed them!

I dont think others whould be against it,because i am shure lots of them forgot to buy the second building from ltb event,those that played ltb event on that time..
Those that played in the past they have something that new players whont have and that is units for playing that event so they have exclusivity on units and final reward for upgrading!

I think this would be a great idea. Good for new players and others who missed ltb. Some of them are low payout buildings and these could easily be gold purchased. As for the boost buildings a large gold amount would also be suitable and allow free players a chance to get some stat increases too :)

They dont have bonus attached on them,units have bonus that you got by upgrading the final upgrade and that unit or bonus was part of event and not the building, and if you payed with gold the ltb why should others pay with gem!?

I think is an awesome idea n great opportunity for newcomers to the game to enjoy some of the old lte and start building up their kingdom and iph. I disagree with you Getafix as this bldgs were money cost not gems, it was readily available to anybody so I don't c why to purchase them u would change it, unless u don't want more new players in the game. Charging other than what the original was is basically sending the wrong message to new players.

I have about 60% health regeneration and energy regeneration, so I have absolutely no need for health and energy regeneration units for these boosts or units that have these boost attached to them; however I strongly advise that GREE gives more of these boosts and make it attainable to low level players so that they can get the much needed energy and health regeneration which they need desperately to keep up. These kind of boosts will be a good motivation for new comers, and pls don't be absurd this game isn't going anywhere (not in the next 6 months thats for sure), some people in this forum have been singing that song since 2.5 years and you know what GREE somehow finds a way to hook us and we are paying to play the game.

I agree with you,
energy and health boosts are another topic but i will respond and to that,
not just the new players doesnt have those boosts that old timers have,and some of the players that missed them because of Rl situations didnt have a chance to win them because they could not play on that time,so those boosts should be available for all players in future events

I didn't realize I could have bought 3 Tree Forts, and only bought 2 when they were available. It would be nice to be able to get that 3rd that I missed.

There still needs to be some semblance of LIMITED TIME buildings. With that being said, there should be a cooling off period of at least 3 months if not more before they are released. The example is the boost buildings that were ltbs. They become more valuable if there is an advantage of having built it in time. Sure, there are boosts and units associated but having a 35% power advantage is huge and should be LIMITED at least for a little while, otherwise you might as well just release new buildings and make it an upgrade quest.

This would help newer players that missed them first time around.

Exclusivity doesn't bother me. If the older LTB buildings became available after, say, three or four cycles then that would be acceptable. No quests associated with it and therefore no rewards for building them, though. They just become vanilla buildings at that point.

I have all the LTB's and I'm not against bringing them up for sale again, they only should be a lot more expensive then the original ones, that's all. There has to be a compensation somehow for bying them late.

Keep the same limits on quantities (Max 3 Trees for instance) and no special prizes. Same price is ok with me just make them available.

This is a barrier to entry for new players. These LTB are great, but they really changed the game and without them, it's hard to attract new players. We worked hard to get them, and the LTQ prizes that came with them, but keeping these buildings locked up is a waste. Let them go!

Yes, I'm okay with selling the older LTB's. Its the quest that should only be limited, the buildings should always be available.

I have all the buildings, its only right that new players have the same opportunity to have those buildings. Of course they don't get the units that were involved with the quest...I'm not even sure why people are afraid that would even happen. And if you listen to GetItFixed and sell these buildings for gems I'll delete this app.

yea totally fine, it's bad as it is when you accidentally sold a LTB and GREE isn't going to give it back because in the past people tricked customer service peeps and were granted a third manor or a second bonus building... blame the community but really is only poor work by the customer support, a simple verification would have done the trick. just my two cent

I don't see why they need to be offered for just a limited time. Maybe make a level requirement for each building AFTER the quest was over? It would be nice to see new players have the ability to purchase those buildings.

My thoughts is that all old limited time buildings should be available in store after some time(cooling period) especialy those that people missed from the past..As for new ltb events after they finish you can put them in store after some cooling period and you can make a level requirement for each building as Uberfauker said

I agree with most everyone here. 3-6 month waiting period is spot-on. Don't have to bring back all the buildings at once. Start them in order, beginning with witch lair. Maybe a new building every week. Perhaps keep the building available for two weeks at a time so there are always 2 LTBs available on top of whatever current LTB quest is happening.

Again why? If any change in price I would say discounted. Anyone who bought and upgraded during the initial offering of the LTB got bonuses for do so. If you missed it you are already being penalized because the bonus unit will not be awarded for this later purchase.

I can see by your location(under your name) your a little out of touch with the average player, must say tho, you must have a great viue from up there.
But to be fair to all players it would need to gold or honour, there is enough stuff that needs gems as it is, if they are Going to do something let it be for all, not just the ones who can afford to buy gems. If they added a bit more content that dident need gems, maybe it would start to attract more players and the player base might start to grow again and not keep slipping as people leave.

Agree with this! I think there are still a lot of players, especially the newer ones, who can only upgrade one building at the time. Since the LTB's started, those players are hardly able to upgrade other buildings than the LTB building. There is almost no point in buying the older LTB buildings, when you are never able to upgrade them. Issuing one or two buildings, that give a +1 building boost and can be bought with a reasonable amount of honor points seems to be a good idea. Make it a lighthouse or a merchant ship to be placed on the sea. The honor points need to be earned first, this is a good way to buy something useful with them. I am sure that this will be appreciated by a lot of players and if you already have a +x building boost, just keep the honor points in your pocket!

Put all of the ltb in the store , but make them more expensive than they originally were. Only high gem old timers have the real advantage ( and they should , they spend.) however , newer players have the advantage of guilds immediately . This is something old timers didnt have when they first started . Newer players don't have to spend their hard earned gold on units in the store since they can win them in the ltq, box and boss events. New players also don't artificially level jump because they know not to do the missions in the lands . They only area where new players suffer is the hero weapons & shields.

The issue is that the cost of some of these are prohibitive for the new player (so increasing the cost only makes the situation worse).

Personally , I believe that without new people and new blood in this game, it will wither and die. We are losing way too many good players of late, so I think we need to find a way to help accelerate the growth of new accounts to being competitive or we continue to watch the number dwindle. This is why I understand the new switch to temp bonuses by Gree (don't like them but at least I understand them).

I think it would be great. What's it gonna hurt us that already have them? Let the little guys get some buildings. If they cost gems or not. I personally think LTBs should be unlocked forever after the goals is up so it's easier to improve our IPH. Plus it would draw new players in. Just my thoughts on the situation.

I'm also pretty excited about it because I accidentally sold one of my two a few weeks ago and it was the only LTB missing from my collection. Unfortunately though, it's going to take a decent amount of time and money to get it back to Lvl 7. But at least I've got it now.

Dont worry,limited time are events and bonuses that you get when you upgrade new ltb buildings..That doesnt have anything to do with old ltb ,in old ltb's you dont have event or bonuses,you purchase them just to improve your iph and that is a good thing for new players,tree forts are good too for new players and those that missed them
