Fight vs Raid Valor

It seems that my Raid Valor Payout is not working..
I have 65% fight valor payout and get 20-30 valor per attack.
I have 80% raid valor payout and get 1-10 valor per raid.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah, I have no idea if it even works. I get a large amount of valor sometimes but I can still get 1 valor so I don't know.

If you get 60% more then the total you get out depends on what the original value was, so since starting points are different and random nobody can predict what you get.. Not even GRRRREEEd

A better reward would be like +1000 valor and just go from there.
