Please help!
Our win-loss record reset to 0-0 nine battles ago. Now it reset again. How can we win any rewards for wins when we keep showing 0 wins?
Is this happening to anyone else?

Send in a ticket and request Streak rewards, good chance they give it to you. And if not, let FiB assist you. :p

Our entire guild have sent in tickets.
Now it's getting worse. We've won 23 in a row, but since we got reset, it only shows 18 on the streak. We also have 31 wins, but it only shows 18.
For some reason we are still in the top 10 on the leaderboard, but we are getting screwed by Gree!
Tadaaah, we need the units we are missing.

This happened to us as well. 37 wins in a row, but didn't get streak or wins because we we had 8 wins not count. The whole guild sent in tickets, but no responses yet.

We got reset for the third time with 2 battles left. No response form out tickets either.

I personally sent in 7 tickets. Our guild total event cp was showing about 15k, while the LB showed 4m+ (at least they got the ranking right). No one in the guild has received any responses to the tickets, nor the wins or streaks prizes that we are entitled to and spent good money to earn.

GREE - You need to have proper coverage during war events to sort problems. If you insist on running events over weekends, then hire appropriate personnel to cover the time frames.

In the meantime, several guilds are still cheated out of wins/streaks prizes. Please address and award the prizes ASAP.

I wish I was surprized that there is no response to this - guilds are missing units that they deserve - being able to complete both the heroic and normal guild quest for the war is not an easy task and those units would be added to our attack for raid boss. An immediate response from gree should of happened most sent in tickets days ago. It is a disgrace!

I agree, it is a disgrace! we have yet to get a response to our tickets. One of the units magically appeared in our inventory, but not the other. A response would be the just thing to do!

Hey guys,

Anyone that was having trouble with the streaks in the last 24 HR WD event; we investigated and found the correct number of wins/streaks everyone should have. A script was run to award this.

Except we are still missing units - only the prize for the streaks were handed out - still missing the prize for the 35 wins - please keep working on it

We have still not been rewarded our wins unit after multiple tickets sent and "closed". This is ridiculous!!! All we want is what was rightfully earned.

Tadaaah, Royal FUA Knights did not get the Grassland Druid for 26 wins. We also didn't get the Grassland Nomad for 35 wins. We got reset 3 times, so it's hard to know exactly how many wins we got. I know it was 35 or 36.
We did get the Grassland Seer for 20 wins in a row.

Art of Submission received the final streak prize, but we did not receive the final wins prize. We counted 37 wins in a row, so we know we got the 35 wins needed. We have sent multiple tickets and they resolved the missing final streak unit. However, there has been nothing done for the 35 wins unit. We have provided more than enough information, but the tickets keep getting closed and we are told all units have been awarded.

Thanks for looking into this for us.

I love the fact our tickets are being closed without the units being issued - players spent gems to earn these units. If you don't give us the units we earned might be time to get our gems back.

We're looking into the goal's prizing. Apologies, we were unaware of that one and fixed the streak prizing. We need names of guilds.

This is still not resolved after multiple tickets sent and multiple weeks have past. Why does it require so much effort from a paying customer to get a simple problem resolved in a timely manner? We have provided all of the information to support to make this as simple as possible for them, yet we are now on a fourth week with no resolution.

Player appreciation month has been joked about many times on this board, and this is exactly why. If you want to show appreciation to us, resolve the blatant known issues we have in a timely manner.
