Please start raid boss the moment war ends. This creates an interesting challenge and requires syndicates to communicate and make effective use of team work to take down the easy bosses which would otherwise present zero challenge.

Yeah, good point about the easy bosses in the beginning of RB as most syndicates blow thru 'em.
It's not really a conflict.
