Really? With money sitting in my google account and able to buy anything else from the google playstore KnD is giving me this bogus message when I attempt to buy gems? What is going on with that garbage?

Tried too many purchases in a short amount of time?
Many months ago, I think people also ran into that when a quirk allowed them to buy dozens of starter packs. Google or the company that issued the creditcard you linked to it might have flagged lots of purchases to the same destination in a short period of time as suspicious. You'll likely have to contact your creditcard company or google to inform them they were intended purchases and not stolen creditcard info being abused...

No, no previous refunds from Google whatsoever. New KnD account using Google playcards to fund it. Nothing omitted, and I take exception to the implication.

Happened to me, too. I was buying a bunch of starter packs during the labor day sale using Google play cards. Every so often I would get the "high risk" message. All I had to do was exit out and try again. It was more of an inconvenience than anything else.

I've exited, rebooted, even linked the google playstore to my PayPal account (which worked once but then started throwing the same message). I can buy music and anything else offered in the playstore, but KnD won't work right.
