Is the epic boss health dropping as you progress?

When I completed boss 60, I thought I saw the damage at 1.8b. Then when I dropped boss 70, I could sware I saw my damage at 1.72b. Now I just dropped boss 80 and the damage was 1.69b....anyone else seeing this?

I am around lvl 195 for those who are curious.

Ive sheen it happen before when people passed the 2.3 Billion Mark in Health. (usually past boss 100) and then it dropped back down to 2.1B

Boss didn't just appear for me until now so I can't confirm yet.

weird....but yeah it seems odd, just beat 86 and the health was down to 1.59b..

Yes and the color of the damage changed from red to green.

Doing 2.9b damage have a green number and a positive integer from about boss 25 on.

And each boss my damage number decreased.
