View Full Version : Creature feature still not fixed, clemintine. Under 24 hours left now

Yup, another thread. Because hey, now we're in the last 24 hours of this quest, and the issue has been known for the last 120 hours. Still no fix, even though the devs apparently lied to Clementine and claimed that they fixed this on Friday.

Either:

1 - Change the quest's data to require the Demoness Hunter
2 - Change the unit's name to Demon Hunter


And bloody do it already. As in, before the quest expires. Seriously. I know monkeys who can code better than this.

Its just a shame.how Gree acts again on an issue they caused by themselfs. Players that spent gems to finish the quests, have to send tickets over tickets and open threads over threads until Gree fixes or even really understands the issue. We should be the ones getting paid for pointing out all this Bs. :mad:

TWICE NOW, we have been told that this issue was fixed!!! NO ONE has experienced this fix yet. WHERE IS THE FOLLOW THROUGH, GREE??!!! I just received a CANNED RESPONSE to this issue explaining to me that I need to get the Demon Hunter in order to get the wrapper prize......well NO ����!! I reported this issue last week. Make it right!!!

18 hours left now, still not fixed. The ef are you doing at work? Doesn't seem like anything, as this should be an EASY FIX!

Yes, problem still not fix! Please fix this issue Gree! If not then please let you customer service know that, they need to give us the final unit, Jagar Mammoth for finishing Master slayer: Winzig Jagar.

Just like Marquits, I've done everything you've asked (all those wasted mountains of gem), You owe me a Jager Mammoth a 682759 d 170690 + 6% EB Attack Increase. Please be honourable and give us the units, which we paid for very dearly, otherwise iTunes will be happy to reimburse me for this fraudulent quest, and they've done so few times in the past.

Would it be so hard to test these quests in beta, in a test environment, I for one would volunteer to test it, and. I am sure some other will too, so that we don't get this unnecessary frustrations.

There is no reason why this fix hasn't been corrected by now. Either their engineers are incompetent, lazy or complacent and all 3. Along with the Trials issues, my faith in their ability to have a customer appreciation month in October is becoming a joke!

So how 'bout y'all show this thread to the developers, have them actually fix the issue, post here when fixed again, and STAY HERE and wait for us to confirm it is fixed??!!

I am afraid what you predicted is whats going to happen ShagRanger, they will duck and cover for the next 4 hours and once the event is expired they will tell us " We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we can not grant the unit since the event is expired, we will assume that this problem is solved and are closing your tickets".

I have already drafted a very nice email to iTunes for the reimbursement of the gems I've spent on this event...

I don't understand why Gree can't give us the Mammoth final unit to the folks who have obviously sent in a ticket and finished the event. Instead of doing a global fix, because at this point, I believe they don't even know how to do a global fix. Therefore, give the unit to the people who have finished and sent in a ticket.

Got the same reply. This game has become a total fraud. Its like talking to the wall, they don t read, they don t listen, they don t shiw Screenshots you sent them, and they don t have a clue for sure how their own game works at all.

So why you don t reward the missing unit "Jager Mammoth" to the affected players then, after they send a ticket?

You can easily check on their accounts that they finished all events required to finish the Master Slayer Goals!

No you don't have the slightest Idea how frustrating it is to spend over 300$ on a single event and not get what you clearly have earned, so don't patronise me. I've sent 2 tickets and you know what your genius support have told me "we apologise for any inconvenience we cant help you. These is a *******ed legal robbery, give us the ******* unit and apologise to everyone for frustrating the hell out of us.

It can confirmed it is finally fixed. Just logged in and received my Mammoth.

The remainng question is, will players that log in after event expired, get the Unit as well? I doubt it.

Mine is not fixed, I did not receive the unit and the event will be over in less than 2 hours, send already the 3rd ticket, but I am sure they will not fix it and before the event is expired and they will stick it to me. This is beyond belief! Tadaah, Clementine any help you can provide???

This is strange, did u closed and reopened the App?
You should find it in your Beast Unit Inventory.

And there shouldn t be anymore Master Slayer Quest showing under Individual Quests Tab.

Thank you Getitfixed, with all the frustrations that Gree have put me thru, I had forgot the golden rule exit the game close the device and re-open and I saw that they gave me the unit, it was about time.

Getitfixed once again thank you mate ;)
