Can Leaders get a "message all" button?

Please give leaders an option to post a message on all faction members personal walls? It would really help us communicate important stuff without it getting lost in external chat. I'm not sure how many others think this would help them because I know probably the top 250 have very active members who keep up to date, but in our top 400 team we have members who work long hours etc and although active in game may not be able to keep up with chat. Any opinions?

Also bulk buying walls would remove a very tedious aspect of the game, would love to see it!
