Just saw the new popup. Had a good belly laugh at that part.
I guess there's a first time for everything. You understand if I remain cynical. We'll see.

We have several items planned for the community for the duration of the month. There may also be some cool goodies in there too. :D

Would be better to solve first actual, constant problems instead of creating new once. If you pay us as beta tester with a mountain for each new not tested update / news i could accept it.
No answer about crashes, no about permanent / temporary bonus but new features.
The ship is sinking and you paint it instead of closing the hole.

will players having to upgrade from older ipods get an appreciation for continuing such as some free gems since we have to pay 200.00 for the new ipod at the very least for a better device?

See, this is the problem. I don't want items. I don't want cool goodies. I want an app that's more stable and efficient (read: doesn't crash nonstop). I want game decisions that actually reflect the players wants and not the company pocketbook wants. If you make players happy, legitimately happy, then they will spend all the same. I stopped spending on this game close to a year ago. I didn't spend a lot compared to some people, but $100 a month isn't a small amount. You lost that from me. It's still here once I feel the game is worth spending on again.
