What happened to all of the cool mods aside from the same old boring att/def? Of course we need att/def mods to keep up with everyone else.. but throw us a cool and useful mod every once in a while eh GREE? I've seen awesome mods.. Robs Payout, building output, hideout damage, and even a +1 energy regen mod from apparently a few epic bosses back? I'm sure you can think of something gree. I've also seen a +1% ip increase mod, which, is probably pretty much useless.. but better than any att mod! Only mods I have aside from att/def are the +1 building upgrade.. which now everyone has, a few jobs payout mods, and the -27% bank fee reduction.

There have been some great ideas for mods on the forums that would, how can I say this so you guys at GREE can understand.. greatly improve player experience?

You have answered your own question. Those people that have the -30% upgrade cost mods are the envy of every player that tries to upgrade an LTB but started this game too late to get that. So if they release a cool mod now and everyone gets it the guy that starts tomorrow with be complaining about not having it in 3 months. Then they will have to have another one, and then giving the existing player base twice the awesome mod will require whatever it helps to be jacked up by gree in order to make up for it so they still get the same amount of money out of people. It is a cycle that once started, like stat inflation, can't be stopped without looking like bad guys.

I'd like a mod that will backhand the development team every time they screw something up.

Absolutely. This is the kind of thing that keeps players engaged with the game, and without having to spend insane sums for it.

Are CC and MW run by different teams within the company? If so the crime city group should take a wander over to MW and maybe learn something.

That depends whether "cool mods" are handed out like sweeties. The upgrade mods here had to be earned (ok, I know pretty much every active player at the time got the -30% because PvP prizes were accidentally reversed, but it wasn't meant to be like that, which is the point).

LTBs in crime city have become rather boring and predictable - another 1% attack or defence per level every time, and no cherry on top for finishing level 10. The current (extremely expensive - over $27 billion without mods) LTB in modern war has a +1 building upgrade for completing level 10. That's a great reward for players who've worked their iph. Another +1 was a recent prize for finishing a faction LTQ. Even for players who may not have previous upgrade cost reductions the current LTQ running there has prizes for -15% and -30% cost reductions to help them with it. During the last war in MW the lowest tiers got upgrade cost reductions and building payout modifiers. In crime city they get squat.

Tadaaah said - "We don't have any updates on these topics right now, but we'll definitely look at discussing them with our teams".
That was 3 moths ago. I guess they're still looking at discussing it.

Haha, that's a forum mod's way of telling people to shut up.

But.....MW is now handing out temporary rewards that last for one cycle only.....
But i agree totally that MW has better all round mods rather than the same old att/def mod in CC......
Seriously.....to get an energy mod you need to be in taw.....where quite clearly they dont need it!
