Fun fact: The Water Mill has the second lowest IPH of any other money building. The only one worse is the Castle.

These numbers might not be quite right because I forgot that the formula changed with the Brewhouse. I don't know the new formula, but I will be working it out with the Water Mill assuming it follows the new one.
