1) an indian casino. just use that existing casino building and photoshop "indian" on it. no one will care if it looks lazy.
2) a "blue house". just use the red house but color it blue.

these should be 12 hour type b buildings with weak payouts. just like the last two ltbs.

First one is good but requires tweaking. I suggest that members of Indian Nation should get far bigger payouts from it than anybody else and also that people who come on Indian hoods to rob or attack should have all money carried on hand sucked out by the casino :)

Hardly. More a reminder to white America of the shameful way in which native tribes have been treated over centuries.

Casinos are a valuable source of income for tribes to provide services for their people. Not ideal by any means, but the poor quality of the land in most reservations, poor infrastructure etc leaves little choice.
