What is wrong with CC?

Besides the obvious everyday things that's wrong with cc...what is going on with rivals list and epic bosses??? Extremely hard to trigger bosses, I've never had so much trouble with it

Beside my rival list being bunked, I have no trouble fighting EB. Just killed my 47th one.

Earlier (about an hour or two ago) my rivals list was shot. Full of level 1s with 1 mafia. Could attack no one either. But actually it started working for me again about 10 minutes ago. Bosses are coming up more frequently too, hopefully they already fixed it and it was just a hiccup

For me its the same triggering like the last EB Events before...hit Carmen...Boss shows up...wait a few mins & again...no prob with that.

I was having real issues triggering the epic boss at the start , when i went to bed id only managed to trigger 5 , its much better this morning though ive triggered 8 bosses in a fraction of the time it took to do 5 last night .

Although the boss is not coming as easily as the last few did, it is coming. I just put down number 63. I have summoned from canal street, robbing and attacking. I have not started my other 3 accounts though and my syndicate seems to be way behind me with the next highest member only having 17 kills.
