can't transfer leadership

We've been unable to transfer leadership for 3 weeks now.... Multiple tickets sent.. Is anyone else having the problem... Any chance of getting it fixed?

Leave the faction and it will transfer to the next person on the top of the list of the faction

This had happened to our faction a few times. We change leadership overnight and sometimes it gets screwed up. Normally happens if server maintenance is going on (there was downtime about 3 weeks ago for a few hours). The same reason why people are sometimes randomly booted.

Anyways

One of two things will happen

1. You had a sort of bugged dual leadership. If so the other leader will retain it
2. Leadership will transfer to the next person and then they can transfer it

My faction has been stuck with 2 leaders for almost 2 months now. Sent over 10 tickets to here's so called support AND asked for help on here numerous times from the mods, but no one seems to care. While 2 leaders sounds great, it isn't in our case as one of them is a deadbeat that is inactive. We tried the leaving and reenteri g and the leadership automatically transferred back to the prior leaders. Good luck!!

Interesting! No wonder we're stuck with 2 leaders ATM. Didnt know about the "defaulting" to top in list - the one account in our faction who happens to NOT be an active member and we can't boot him to make room. Tickets also sent by us to remove him as leader have been unresolved for about 3 weeks now.

This fix has worked for our faction a few times. Beats waiting for a ticket to be investigated

.... But yeah.... Major problem if the top guy is inactive. Should've booted the inactives first :(

We've tried the leader leaving, and it's passed on to the top of the list... yet to hear if it can be handed on now
