How do I catch up to most minis in crime city? I'm lv 80 with a 100k+ iph and I still get my butt handed out to me by by most Lv 20 minis. Im in a top 300 syndicate and has spent more moneys on cc then a ps4 and xbox one combined, but the ironic thing is my Lv 20 in modern war which i have never spent a dollar on has more attack than my Lv 80 with a full 500 mafia along with 50 points into atk despite my Lv 20 being in a top 8000 guild for the past 2 weeks.

I've done all the office park missions and the highest equipment I've received had about 50atk.
Most of the guides are outdated and the equipments listed on them are pretty much useless. Is there any way to get past 10mill atk in cc as a new player without having to spend an entire year of rent money on this game?

Sure there is. If you have friends in a good syn that finishes events (war is irrelevant now outside top 10 or maybe 25). Volunteer as a wall hitter.

get to a syn that does good on events. but mostly you have to pick and choose what your mini participates in. dont do any goals that are outside syndicate goals. stay away from individual. the way gree is going nowadays, there are ampleevents to earn items. my mini isnt the greatest but hes lvl 99 26m atk/25m def making 600k iph. definitely get the goodfella upgrade. the guides are pretty much useless compared to what you know to do.

along with 50 points into atk

Don't put points into atk, it's useless. Invest in energy or stamina.

Us wall hitters take great pride in what we do :D

But yeah thug find a good syndicate with a strong leader. I entered my first Top 400 syndicate at lvl 70 with 700k attack.. I'm now in a Top 20 syndicate at lvl 119 with almost 50m attack. I'm also a free player :D.. Just be sure to watch all the videos you possible can and do whatever tapjoy stuff you can because they do help you a lot. I'm a wall hitter but still score over 20k ip each war thanks to gold and that gets me a good 9/10% modifier.

Also be as active as you can, because aside from gold activity is what gets you far in this game.

It all boils down to this: Accumulate mods with as little experience as possible.

The top players are well over 300% in each category. Although the number is closer to 500% now.

I completed the last epic boss with my level 20ish mini only from` level 95 onwards needed a cash hit , that earned me lots of stats for very little effort , i havent spent a penny on gold . I think it gets harder each time with the epic boss but its a good way to get a boost early on . `````````````

So your dilemma illustrates why low/medium capable gold players quit for a smarter game developer and not much new blood comes aboard.

Once gree started with the stupid stat inflation where even free players got huge stats then realized they needed to slow it down because it caused problems for players and themselves.

Now the exact opposite is happening.

Why would a new player join and get creamed? Most would not know of guides, get into 3rd party apps to chat with experienced players, so they do events as well as the map and weapons gallery. The maps are useless. They waste resources and level up too quickly. They see in this game counter to all others you get punished for leveling up. Waste of gold. Find a new game.

What gree has now is a closed looped player game. Most of the gold comes from existing players and their mins as well. As gold players retire they have far less replacements. Soon game over unless they change their current strategy. The new management went with stat inflation to benefit short term gain without much thought to long term strategy. The assumption of new games taking over the core games hasn't gone too well. Time for changes at Gree

Disagree a bit. Introducing street assault put all players equal, nothing to that event but gold, and a bit of cash
