Our faction has been waiting over half an hour for a matchup so far. This really is not on. Ticket sent but one of the admins please kick support up the backside for us. This is too many deploy points lost.

Been an hour and twenty minutes now. Not only no fix but no meaningful response from support yet either.

You rarely hear from support quickly, and on the weekend, you're more likely to visited by the ghosts of George Washington or Elvis or Michael Jackson, than to hear from support.


Weekend activity is rare for them, extremely rare.
Try again next time.

While you're at it, check tickets. We had players booted from faction spontaneously and "Game Maintenance: Check back in 30 minutes" after we get matched. Really hard to make those goals if you can't play. And it's. to a one time thing!
