Chance Chest Crash

I get no error code but once I click on chance chest the app crashes and rolls back. This happens everytime I click on it. Anyone else having this issue?

I lost undead chests trying to open them and ten dark prince chests to the error and now it won't open at all

Yeah; our guy is running IOS, so these crashes are happening across platforms. :(

I'm running on IOS too, just found out how to access the chance chests temporary if u can't click direct to the chance chest on the main menu.
For the time being, Just click the Epic Boss, you will see Find Nemesis armor in the Chance Chests on your right , from there you can access the chance chests to claim your rewards, keys or whatsoever u wanna to..

I tried the IOS work around but it still crashes on Android. I am sad that I didn't get a chance at this chest and that I cannot redeem what I currently have.

I got a reply back on my ticket that they are working on this.

I'm on android and accessed the chance chest by clicking on the news button, then the chest add. I successfully opened 11 chests.

Must be device specific as this does not work on my HTC EVO 4G LTE.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? Perhaps one of the updates didn't install properly?

I would rather not reinstall unless I can guarantee that my account wont be lost. It has happened before.

Was able to get to the chest section by going through the epic boss and tried using my keys (I had over 30+ keys gold sliver, etc) and the app crashed on me when I tried to use 11 gold keys. I re-opened the app and I lost all my keys now.

Really? I've uninstalled/reinstalled a few times without an issue. As long as your account is bound to an email there's little to no risk.

We are aware of this issue and the Developers are currently working on a fix. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

It seems like it has been fixed. I am no longer having crash issues with chests.

I wont uninstall and reinstall as doing so wont reduce my storage space and will just cancel and say not enough storage. Odd space storage bug. Been through 4 system restores and such with no fix. I will just wait for the patch.

16GB Internal storage - Only 6GB is for apps (KND and Facebook take the most space)
32GB External - Moving apps to external wont remove the space from internal

You just need to clear some of your old temporary/cached/junk files. I recommend Clean Master.
