I've just realized if I move my phone around then the view of bosses change

But why does it always have to rain when fighting the bosses? I can understand outside but the previous boss made no sense since it rained inside his mansion.

Go to settings and turn the particle effect to off to stop the rain. And parallax to stop the view changing unless you like that.
