Our requirements are:
1) Use groupme for communication
2) scored 50k WD
3) Minimum stat is 200M (Defense) -- can be relaxed a bit if you are proven gold user
4) donate all concrete & 150 folders
5) Actively participate in all faction event.
6) donate 4x IPH daily or weekly
