2) expensive and probably high IPH building. We will get one campaign with low building and the next campaign high building. That way also beginners can finish LEBs.
3) should it start today? If art is ready the LEB is released day after WD.

They still have 7 hours before it gets released, about 2pm Pacific Standard Time.

I hate speculating what it could be and so no way we can prepare for it properly without wasting our time and resources for it.

I really hope it has good output with the caveat that it needs to have good output with a good collection time! Anything besides 12, 24, 48 hours is really annoying. I'm still mad about that stupid Romanic Cathedral that I refuse to upgrade because of the stupid 7 hour collection time.

Thanks for the great building errr... island. Either way, I can finally afford a good building. Won't be able to reach lvl 10 unfortunately, but my IPH has a much better addition.

I would imagine most of the people that can afford the 20billion to upgrade this to 10 already have a couple of units that give them +building upgrade, while having most of their buildings at level 10. Would seem more appropriate if you were to give the +building upgrade the cost of ~1Billion so most users would have a shot at getting it and a building like this +alliance attack.

For someone to come into the game now it would take them probably near 2 months straight to upgrade all unit buildings and unit boost buildings to 10, and that is if they do not upgrade their money buildings. Please give the lower level players a chance to upgrade 2 buildings at once!
