Game stuck

We as a syn have sent in multiple tickets because the game does not credit us for the 4th lvl 80 kill on level 17/24 , 4x80 in a row, elite.
We are evidently not the only syn this has happened to. Some of the other syns have had the fix in less than an hour, we've been waiting for 3. Considering the time and energy required to finish this raid boss, the fact that we have to sit idle is frustrating. Please help!

Tadaaah do you know anything about this?? I've heard SAS has had this happen as well, but theirs is fixed after they sent a ticket.
