Matcher Slowdowns and Free Wins

For this war, the matcher wasn't working quite as well as we'd hoped. Matchup times were slower and match quality overall wasn't up to the usual standards.

We've made adjustments so next war should be back to being much faster, and we've granted all factions 10 wins to help make up for it.

It would be nice if you would give us a final matchup instead of just making my team wait for the entire last hour. We declared before the start of the last hour and have been looking at "war declared" for at least the last 20 minutes!

Funny but we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. We did have a few that we just gave up on as the other side was overwhelmingly too strong for us, and a few where the other side were pushovers, but that's par for the course in WD.

We finally got a last matchup after 25 minutes of waiting. That was by far the longest we had to wait all weekend!
