New matchup algorithm- and wait times ridiculous

Once again nice job of rolling out a new plan Gree. Change matchup algorithm, seems to be only match teams +\- 15 positions. So if none of them are declaring we wait 10,15,20 minutes for a matchup. But no change to streak or total wins needed, congrats on latest way to screw the game up. Teams I've talked to declaring continuously have only been matched 20-27 times in 32 hours of war so far, some won't even make 50 matchups much less 50 wins. NICE job once again.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Gree won't care much about the streaks or delays. They set the streaks so high in beyond the dead for my team that we needed 67 wins to hit the top streak reward in only 72 hrs. We managed but it came down to the wire for us. 50 wins in 72 hrs seems so much easier here

Matchups for us are pretty sweet this time around.. no complaints from my team in MW

We just finished battle 31...we normally do 64-66 battles per WD. Don't see any changes in match times.

I've noticed WDs have been getting harder. We are being matched up with faction higher than our tier.

Match ups are way off....at least for us they are. We shouldnt have ever been matched up with SUP, but it happened.

We haven't had a matchup complaint for several WDs. We see top 25 and top 400, at the extremes usually once a WD after a longer wait +5. But we are usually within 50 of our rank.

My minis team is outside of top500 and so far had SUP twice and currently battling another team inside top15. Something is very wrong with this new algorithm. Occasionally in the past a weak team may see a top50 team but now it's a regular occurrence.

Our match ups are all over. We rank 127 atm and have had sup, 2 other top 25s, and then top 500 teams. Hardly fighting anyone around our current rank. Wait times are between 3-7 minutes

They made this matchup worse my team is ranked 350 and we keep getting top 100 faction and even the same top 25 faction twice. If it was not for this we would be ranked top 250.

This isn't being done by Gree, people. The matchups you're experiencing have to do with the decline in active participants. Check the lowest ranked team on the board. Last time I looked, it wasn't over 4,000. Add in the fact that fewer and fewer that do participate aren't tapping for 70 hours sold. Most are paying an hour or two, then stepping away to pursue other things for 8-10 hours. Add in the start of high school, college, and professional football, the US Open Championships, and a NASCAR Race; many people have learned to choose their entertainment wisely.

We are 222 as of now and have faced more top 50 teams so far this event than in last 6 months combined.. a top 10 team twice now this war.. not sure if something changed or what just curious

You need to stop your whining. We faced sup and I'm on a top ten team. Conveniently it was on one of our final streaks. Your sources are garbage apparently.

Very interesting. We are a 350ish team and I would say the range has been 150-700. Some of the top 150 teams have now moved into the top 100 now, but in large part, no SUP, OSW or any other top 100. Match up times have been 30secs to 5mins. I think there are many more teams in our range, so no complaints thus far.

We're ranked 385 right now... a lot worse than usually. All weekend long we've been put up against top100 factions, currently a top 24 faction, an hour ago top36.

A lot of my players don't even bother to sign on anymore, frustrated by getting zero opponents to attack. Taking out the top 400 reward is just another sign of Gree just looking at the top100 factions.

Getting the impression that Gree wants to decrease active factions and players... because this is their best effort yet. Only the top factions profit from this mess and get even stronger.

For my faction the battles have been fair. The wait times have been longer than normal but for me that's okay because of tactics used in our small faction. We are top 1500 or so. (4 man faction)

Matchups have been tough - been getting teams with huge DL defense one or two strong players ( above our strongest) and the rest of team so low we can't score any points . We are a lower tiered team whose DL is 17 mil . We have only faced 1 team we could mega with losing. We have faced two teams with DL over 100 mil. All in all- not an enjoyable war.

Well it's been easy for the faction I'm in, we don't declare often, every other hour and a rest break too to but we have gone 23-1 and looks like soon 24-1

I'm in a top 10 team and we declare back to back. From Friday to Sunday we experienced a minimum of 15 minutes of waiting to be matched, every time. We have not faced SUP at all. I also know that Warrior Seals have not faced SUP either. Just my two cents....

I'm in a faction ranked about 1200. Matchups and wait times have been about the same as previous wars. Maybe wait times have been slightly less.

It appears that 10 wins were added to everyone's total to make amends for this issue. I am OK with this resolution and think that this was a good way for Gree to address this problem. My bet is that the additional 10 wins helped more teams than those who were hurt badly by this issue.

We have awarded all factions with 10 additional wins as compensation, which will advance your faction from whatever streak position you were in at the time. You should see the 10 wins applied to your wins total immediately.

Our matchups were pretty f***ed too, we are a top 250 team, and yesterday we got matched up with a Top 1000 team that we destroyed and then immediately afterwards we got matched up with SUP

For those experiencing slow matchups, as someone else mentioned, the number of participating factions has dramatically dropped off. You would have seen this had you scolled to the bottom of the leaderboard, the number of single player gactions with 40 pts sitting in the bottom 20,000 was a sad comment on many players have left the game.

Longest wait I had was 20 minutes, had one near instant match while the rest were approx 10 minutes.

Problem is, if there is no 'fair' match then what should the game do, make you wait or broaden the parameters? Based on how few factions remain the latter is the logical solution, is it a good solution? Probably not but given what Gree has to work with there isn't much else that can be done since they can't magically pull factions out of you know where...

Dropped prize tiers, I think was a mistake. The mass exodus of players seem to be in the lower ranked factions and given the continued lack of support for these prize levels I expect to see even more folks quit.

Adding 10 wins was nice, thank you.

Everyone has something to complain about, it was a nice gift from Gree and helped my faction get the 35 wins instead of hoping for 25. Also gave us the 7/7 streak so I say thank you because they compensated for the problems. As the saying goes if you snooze you lose

Also our 12/12 as well. We got them at the end of a couple streaks. But this ten win things has me wondering what's up.
