How many hits for regen?

I´ve noticed that sometimes I got 4 hits with full regen and other times 3 why that happens? Had it happens to you as well?

Everyone is different, depending on their health regen modifiers.

Starting out the norm is to get 4 full hits in, but like referenced earlier if you are a tiny sliver from full you won't get 4 in... sometimes it can look full.
