Has anyone found folders yet, I have used over 6k energy and still jot found any.
What targets are people using please

I was doing 7/10 faction prestige LTQ and got about 25 from just under 3k energy

They are not dropping but showing up in your vault, check your faction vault

try traffic base, think the drop rate is higher
