This just appeared in my inventory I have no idea where it came from, also I'm not getting the modifier it says with it so maybe its an error?

So the item is called Battery Eagle eye Attack:98000 Def: 102000 and the mod is -10% bank fee reduction

It was one of the SA prizes. The modifier used to be -1% Bank Deposit Fee Reduction (completely useless) but I guess they changed it (thankfully) to -10%. The modifier works for me, but the way they stack is confusing/annoying.

I have 3 of these -10% bank fee reductions, and it works like this-

-10% off 10% original bank deposit (now 9%)
-10% off 9% new bank fee reduction (now 8.1%)
-10% off 8.1% bank fee reduction (now 7.29%)

It shows up in my inventory as -27% bank deposit fee reduction

Ahh i see, so when you go to make a deposit does it now say 7.29% when you go into bank?

No it still shows 10% fee when you go to the bank but only -7.29% gets removed when you bank it
