it will reduce the construction cost on new buildings until the wasteland war cycle starts. It looks to be the most useless boost since +2 unit height.

Yes, i agree. Mightbe helpful for players that not have maxed out expensive buildings. If it helps on nxt LTB depends how expensive it is ti build it. Although i don t like the fact its just a limited Bonus, since the advantage u get of it is really not this huge.

The prize is a reduction in construction time, not upgrade time, so the bonus will only help for the first time you buy the building. Unless i am reading it wrong, which happens to me frequently
