Isn't is unfair / whatever you want to call it, That the top 800 & 1000 got an attack bonus , but top 900 got a defense bonus. I did the right thing and helped my guild win our last battle thereby solidifying my top 900 finish and getting the less desirable defense bonus . At least as far as I'm concerned .

There's plenty of opportunity to get attack bonuses. In the long run, you'll very much appreciate the defense bonuses you have. My defense is 200m lower than my attack, and I wish my defense were higher.

to the OP. it's brutal when you have to chose between ind development and guild goals. In the end fairness has nothing to do with it. You made a choice. a tough one for sure; but you made the call.

either keep on pushing so you get out of the def boost bracket or appreciate that you took one for the team.

It must be rough being so high . No,seriously , a majority of players have defense higher than attack and that is what is becoming so frustrating with the COK . We are matched up by attack but all we ever see is the opponents defense.
My point was , I had to "dump" to get the attack bonus and let my guild down or play to win and get another defensive bonus.
