Will items purchased prior to earning them by goal completion count as legitimate duplicates?

Only asking because I am still missing most of my purchased SLTQ items from previous events, which were legitimately duplicated through goal completion and purchase with game cash. Gree apparently had a 'server error' which prompted the brilliant reaction to run a script to wipe all duplicated SLTQ items. It was then determined that was a poor decision and a script was run to replace the items for everyone, including those who did mot legitimately earn duplicates. Unfortunately, a handful of players remain affected and running the item replacement script repeatedly is not the solution.

Support was being helpful at first, but they seem to have gone awol with that ticket. From daily replies and updates (wow!) to silence for weeks and counting.

Also myself and some of the syndicate can't see the individual event, just the syndicate, is there any reason for this as we are all fully updated but feeling we are missing out.

Wanted to make this on a seperate thread but the forum has that 10 post rule lol.

Keep restarting the app until you get the event to pop if you have the right dataset, shown by the date of the event: 2014 September 02.

If restarting the app several times doesn't work, delete & reinstall the app.

Done this and yes it's that version, restarted about 20 times and fully deleted and reinstalled 4 times and still no individual event, just the pizza, condo and syndicate and it's not just me , a few people in syndicate have same issue , I'm on iOS by the way, it's a shame because I'm missing out on this event through no fault of my own.

I couldnt see the individual stuff either for the first 12 hours , i can see it now but im not sure i did anything to make that happen . i know you said your on ios , but on android you can sometimes get an update on play store when one isnt available in game , maybe you could try that on whatever ios version of play store is .
