Dropped a tank on a node during x2 bonus...my total went up 6000 node went up 3000

I tried your test and both increased by 9k. I'm on android, I hope there is not a difference in point scoring between the 2 platforms.

i think it makes sense the way they do it. The 2x and 3x is a bonus that goes to your individual score but doesnt count toward the nodes. all units deployed just score their normal points against the nodes. that way regardless of each factions current deploy bonus everybody is still fighting with the same "ammo" from start to finish.

Shanester.....why would they have a multiplier....what is the point

good question whitepath. i'm not sure it is necessary since the mutliplier doesnt contribute to the win / lose outcome. i havent yet figured out exactly how the total scores are computed since my android phone never gets the final splash screen. I do know that the faction points displayed at the bottom for all 3 factions dont equal the total node points in the field. They are always much higher then whats displayed on all the nodes.
However, assuming the individual scores count toward the faction's total score this could make the multipliers very useful.

I would love a gree response....the multiplier is VERY MISLEADING and people should ne warned....your points arent doubled or tripled on the node...oh wait...they are right on the back end
