I'm sorry it had to come to this, but my friend has been submitting tickets for weeks and all he ever gets are automated responses telling him that his problem is solved. So when these issues aren't addressed, threads must be made.
He can't even play the game because of progress rollback happening to him so often. All the work he does each day is negated the next morning when his EB kills, gold and gems are gone.

Hw he says, all my progress is erased one or sometimes two tmes every day, this started the first orc raid when it finished i never got my rewards, then in the kill eb event in each eb i lost the data 1 dar per week, losting aprox 10 kills everytime, i emailed Gree in eavh ocasion but never got an answer
Then, when got the keys and the cape, the next day i got rolled back and lost keys (5keys) and cape and the event finished so i emailed gree and the same
The next week i got the cryptid by fusion and the next day got rolled back and lost it
Then this week, in this eb, i still in the kill 10 since the first day, o reqched the 15 kills aprox 4-5 times and got rolled back
And each roll back i lost gold, gems from video offers, armors that i fused, keys, milestone rewards, eb kills, arena pts. I lost all, like i didnt play, the only thing that i dont lose are war and orc raid points
Idk how to say to gree that i need to fix this, i only got emails saying, thanks for contact us or our developers are checking ur case and then i get things like, we fixed ur problem, rate our support. When they never did nothing.
I always check the support page and i see that my emails says closed and sometimes says solved... and i reply they answers for open again the case but i still got ignored

I'm having the same problem. So is another member of my guild. Been ignored by "customer support" for over six weeks now. Every ticket gets closed without anything being fixed, or any replacement of lost items. Been playing for over a year now, and I'm ready to just delete this stupid app. Love the game when it works, but sick of the non-stop glitches, and I'm absolutely infuriated at the complete lack of any type of customer support.

Try binding account and reloading game. Can't hurt to try and it doesn't look like GREE is of any help

I buy gems and they go missing. I have bought A LOT of gems and missing. I am charged for them, I close out the application, and reload it. They are gone.
So frustrating to have 1000s of them vanish.

There are a few ways to force save your game. 1 is to donate any amount of gold to your guild (I donate 10k every time I want to save). You can also open a chest, perform a fusion combine or change your main knight's name. I stick to the guild donation because it's the easiest for me.

i know, i always try to force the game, i do it changing arena line up, open chest and doing fusions combine but that got rolled back too, and i lost all, doesnt matter what i do

Well, then I suggest donating 10k to your guild whenever you want to save. I've been doing this for weeks now without issue (has worked 100% of the time for me).

I've been hearing a lot of people are losing gems, that's very scary to me. I would flip out if I lost 1000 gems.

You could file a formal complaint at Google Play to get a full refund of all latest payments.
Google is quite strict in terms of fair play between companies offering products on Play store and customers.
