No top 150 tier for WD anymore

So I noticed this a little while back, but I figured it was just another display glitch and decided to wait to see if the problem resolved itself.

Well, there is still no tier for top 150, so now all the top 150 teams are actually top 250 unless they can break into the top 100. Apparently this happened with the addition of the lower tiers like top 20,0000. I searched for other threads regarding this, but I didn't see any. I oppologize if there has been.

I'm not a fan, and I would strongly prefer to have that tier back. It was a competitive tier that rewarded the teams who faught hard for that top placement. I think it could result in less gold spent when teams realize they are just a top 250 team anyway. They can now relax and play less since the aren't fightng for that nice top 150 prize.

I would like to urge Gree to bring this competitive tier back to us. Chime in if you feel the same!

I agree and honestly I am happy, for now. Less spend on gold for sure, I have better things to do with my money. Thanks GREE!:D

There is a significant difference in teams that finish 105 vs teams that finish 245..I look at this as a mistake..and more so an obvious continuing disconnect with players and designers...Why would you create a forum for discussion...yet not create any discussions with your most avid players...and then..roll out significant changes without even speaking to your most loyal customers..Rome is burning fellas... I'm part of a former top 150 team, but instead of succumbing to the negativity and saying we're a top 250 team, we'd rather say let's push a little harder and go for 100. I actually like the new rewards system, top 150 was always just a stat boost and the two low tiers add boosts that are actually useful, building upgrade reduction, and building output.

But with elimination of top 150 and top 400 we are getting 2 rewards less than before.

they took the 150 and 400 for 4th and 5th..im sure we all been here long enuff to know that if u dont spend u get the short end of the stick from gree..sad but true...since i went gold free i couldnt be more happy..never worry about buying gold or mins to make..

Eliminating t150 was dumb. Adding prizes for t4 & t5 very smart for grees pockets of course.

I think it's more likely that teams will push for 100 now rather than accept 250..

Forget the gold/no gold bit. Top 150 and 400 are worthy positions to strive for. The reward stacks that go with them are significantly helpful. Trading them to reward some long distance people. makes no sense. Just add the new level of rewards without screwing with the established ones. What's so hard about that?

Most teams that have placed 101-130 might consider going for top 100 (ONCE) since most of them will realize that getting top 100 now will be SIGNIFICANTLY harder and more GOLD demanding. So if the rewards stay the same Gree will get a boost in gold for this war while a significant drop in the following war.

I don't think there is anything to do with gold or no gold here. I think it is to cater to the increasing number of teams doing the WD event. Don't say top 150, I can even meet minimum for top 50-75. I think those that cannot make minimum just ain't fighting hard enough during the event or they only lock in for 1 fight and use gold to get enough to meet the minimum requirement (nothing is wrong with this is a lower tier faction and just playing for fun and just fun being with friends online for a weekend)...but in the top faction, participation is also important (I know, sound like a bunch of loser with no life)...but I kinda enjoy it, like a gathering every 3 weeks (wish it is monthly though).

LTQ is ridiculous now, so those are rest days. I think Raid Boss, Epic Boss and Frontline are the other things that get me to overwork the game...

But then, this is only my 2 cents...bottomline, have fun. WE ALL ALREADY KNOW THAT GREE IS GIVING US ****! WE DON'T NEED TO BE GIVING OURSELVES MORE ****.

we're not getting less rewards, they just added them onto the bottom for top 10000 and 20000, so they are weaker rewards but better modifiers.

Totally agree, now top 150 is gone we will chill and be top 250 for free as we cant make top 100 anymore...
