How does a syndicate leader go about changing name of syndicate?

Send in a ticket with name and tag wanted if available will be changed ... Sometimes only takes a couple days.

I'm trying right now, first they say less than 25 characters , so I put in name , then they come back saying needs to be less than 18 characters so I changed name to 16 characters ! Sorry has to be less than 15 characters , so I changed name to 14 characters ! Now still waiting for change with no response ! WTF

Sorry bro but you can't change your name to Zombie Crew. That name is already taken.
