Seeking clarification on the 'In a row' raid bosses. Are you able to summon other bosses not of that level and still keep your streak going or is it when you fail on that particular raid boss and the count starts again?

Yes you can summon other bosses without ruing the "In a row". If you fail on that particular boss - you have to restart the "In a row".
