It's always the Thursday after war weekend lol, expect it to come inbetween 2-8pm (EST time)

If my memory is of any use, LTB releases have not been very consistent. Anywhere from Wednesday to Friday depending on "art issues", and some random time between 2 pacific and 5 or 6 pacific.

I like the element of mystery with that event. You can never be sure exactly when the building will go live, you don't know how much it will cost, what collection cycle it will have, or even if the output will be any good.

And with dual upgrades a feature now enjoyed by most active players, you don't have to worry about being stuck in a long upgrade when the LTB goes live anymore.

The last LEB was released on Wednesday and before that many were released on Tuesday, sometimes Thursday... just depends.

this ltb makes me think the end is nigh for this game. no effort at all in design, another deadly disco or tsars teahouse, good buildings but ripped off from stock buildings.

Not at all... CC & MW will be around for a good long time. I'm a bit worried for KA, but that cash cow will be alive and kicking for a bit longer, too.

GREE has always recycled designs so they don't have to pay artists for more designs.

There are some map buildings that I'd like to see in my hood.

Idk when exactly but there was some talk about getting a swimming pool! If the forum search function worked better, I'd look for that thread. It had some good ideas for new buildings.

We had some decent designs recently though that were new, snack attack and the chop shop, I'd like ltb to be different everytime. And you're right, there's lots of buildings on the map they could use that would be new to players.

Ever visited the Packer Heights map? There's been a "vinny's chop shop" on that map for three years.

New designs like the snack attack, the circus tent, sparky's fireworks, sl-ice rink, are all way too big at 10x10. If new designs have to be 10x10 then I'd be perfectly content with never seeing a new design ever again. New paint jobs on existing buildings or even exact duplication are quite acceptable if it means a reasonable sized footprint.
