Double upgrade strategies

Now that most of us will now have the 2nd buildings upgrade it will change some dynamics of iph. There are some that say this is a mod that might be used poorly. So what are some strategies in using this?

I'll upgrade a current LTB and 2nd upgrade will go to a building that has the highest increase of IPH, for example in the 58 hours it takes me to upgrade my Tsar Teahouse to level 7 I will make $1.972B and cost me $1.9B. The problem I see with this is I'm not generating any cash to bank for upcoming LTBs

im just using it to upgrade buildings that otherwise would have had to wait while the LTBs got done , i agree though i wont have much spare cash either if im constantly upgrading high level buildings

Upgrade 1: any strong old or new ltb (tsar, mike's tattoo, disco etc).
Upgrade 2: Ncs, and then Casinos.

People will spend too much on upgrades and f up if an expensive LTB or buyable weapon SLTQ comes up.. unless they're rich or rob like crazy. I'm gonna up my hotdog stands for now :D

I have banked 3 billion and only upgrading my lofts and movie theaters. I usually take the LTBs to level 5. My IPH sucks but oh well

I'm sitting on a mountain of cash waiting for the next expensive LTB. I usually bring them up to level 6 or 7 because after that it's more expensive to upgrade then the cash I'll make during the upgrade. If we went back to final prize exponentially better then I'd go for broke.

I just wonder if there are great strategies for +1 upgrade. I'm both not the greatest with math and too lazy to try.
