Why is my BP limited to 18,367?

A little background info for anyone else having this issue.
I'm on iOS
Level 255
Elite general
Over 1b attack
And I only attack my rank and higher.

No matter who it is I cannot get over 18,367. Exactly that.
I have faction mates that can score upwards of 40k per raid.

I would really like an explanation from a Gree mod.

it sucks, my account seems to max out at 18,800 and apart from the top rank ive hit every other rank there is and a variety of defense for each, always maxes at 18,800

i sent a ticket with loads of screenshot but they arent interested and just get a bull**** response

My BP is limited to 17,777. Been that way for awhile now for me

Thats normal...BP's are based on LVL (and Rank you attack).


The >30K BP's are LVL 300's.

Doesn't really make sense, at lvl 155 i was getting a max of 17,777. Now at lvl 161, i'm still getting 17,777. And no matter what level opponent i hit, i still get 17,777. I've hit lvl 300 SUP players whom i'm sure have a really high ranking and the max BP's are still the same.
