Was a few months ago that we asked for a break from all of these events yet event after event stacked on top again! Obviously yet again gree does not care that so many are walking away from the game because of it?

I say this with respect and no malice

You can take a break from events/game whenever you want. Don't be worried you'll "fall behind" , as it doesn't make much difference in the long run .
This is a game , so have fun ; If no fun , leave your Skinner box behind & be happy ;)

Don't do LTQs and leaderboard case events. Easy as that. Both of those event are boring to me. I chose those days to do whatever I want!

Chad i get what you're saying. I have to admit, WD straight to raid boss is exhausting as an officer.

I never do LTQs. FLTQs we do... But can unload energy and recharge. FLTQ during 30 min Battle WD to back to back summoning... ugh.

Gotta hate that sense of responsibility to the faction that keeps us from putting our phones down and saying forget it guys we're taking a break. (The easy answer many of you give. )

If it keeps up at this rate I will retire once my gold runs out. Not my idea of fun. More like a job.

Just have to add a few thoughts.
1) Raid boss after wd isn't horrible, most teams do as much as possible gold free so summoning does slow down
2)You are in control of your own life, doesn't hurt to put the phone down and go for a run
3) If you are declaring back to back add more officers. What harm could come from that? Remove officer status when needed
4) When I was a leader of a top cc syndicate I would offerize 4-5 people that were capable of following a spreadsheet. Made a special summoning room for officers and those that were helping with summoning so everyone was on the same page.

The game only takes control of you if you let it. Be smarter, have tactics and enjoy your life.

I take a break during every case event and ltq. I only participate in faction events now

You can take a break whenever. This game is a part of some peoples lives. <---- some love to play every day and complete everything. Don't ask for them to not have events for days because you don't want to fall behind. Ya you will miss some alliance attacks and building outputs but oh well.

I quit the game for over three months. I was at the top of my game when i did. I nuked my base and left it sit for over three months. About five weeks ago, I came back. I totally rebuilt my base, bought the newest LE buildings and started upgrading. At the time that i left i was in a top ten faction with what were considered good stats. I came back with stats that were a small fraction of the best. Since quitting i have increased my stats a couple hundred mil within a few weeks. Dont be afraid to walk from the game. Just dont nuke your base like i did. While rebuilding everything was kinda fun, it was a pain all the same.

bam bam.

Once many get hooked, they try, they really do try to walk away.
Some powerful force draws them back.
Man, this thing must be strong, stronger than dirt.
It seems they can't stop, no matter what, they can't stop.
I wonder why?
