Thats correct. But honestly who buys undiscounted gems, to finish RB? Normal folks are buying when there is a Sale like before and during war and calculate their buys so it lasts for upcoming quests and RB after. Just saying as well.

The sets they have for sale, look to be good buys, one gets the same amount of gems for the price you normally get + extras.
